- The pricing of Sales Creatio is indicated for monthly use of the software (including technical maintenance and updates to new versions).
- The payment is made in USD:
- Sales Creatio Cloud, team edition — $360 per user/year;
- Sales Creatio On-site, team edition — $300 per user/year;
- Sales Creatio Cloud, commerce edition — $420 per user/year;
- Sales Creatio On-site, commerce edition — $360 per user/year;
- Sales Creatio, enterprise edition — $720 per user/year;
- Sales Creatio, enterprise edition — $600 per user/year;
- Field sales Cloud for Creatio add-on — $240 per user/year;
- Field sales On-site for Creatio add-on — $195 per user/year.
- The system is available for subscription in two deployment options – Cloud and On-site Subscription.
- The minimum annual purchase volume per customer is $5,000, which consists of the Creatio product(s) subscription cost or/and cost of any cloud or on-site Marketplace solution.
- The maximum amount of Sales Creatio team edition licenses is limited to 100 per one customer.
- A minimum contract period for all products and editions is 3 years. Creatio defines a period of 360 calendar days as one year.
- Displayed pricing does not include taxes and fees (such as VAT) prescribed by law.
- The price includes a standard data processing package: 5 hours of machine learning (in general queue) and 100,000 predictions per month. The cost for additional data processing volume is quoted individually depending on required resources.
- The cost of implementation is calculated separately.
